These terms apply to appointments with Dr. Yujal Man Singh at Mind Matters Nepal Pvt. Ltd., in person or online, and to the use of this website.

Appointments

Appointments are booked on WhatsApp (+977 9851347591) or by email.
Please pay before your session to confirm the booking. I will tell you the fee when you book.
Sessions last about one hour.

Changes and cancellation

To change or cancel, please tell us at least 24 hours before your session. We will move your booking or refund you.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss the session, the fee is not refunded.
If we need to cancel, we will offer you a new time or a full refund.

Online sessions

Online sessions are by Google Meet. You are responsible for a working internet connection and a private place to talk.
If the connection fails, we will try to reconnect or move to a phone call. If the session cannot continue, we will offer another time.
Online care is not suitable in an emergency or when there is an immediate risk to safety.
Rules on psychiatric care and medicines differ between countries. Where needed, care is shared with your local doctor. Prescriptions from Nepal are given only where it is legal and safe in your country.

Emergencies

We do not provide emergency care. If you are in danger or thinking of ending your life, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital. In Nepal, call 1166.

Adolescents

Clients under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian to start treatment.
