Why games?
Skills from therapy, such as naming feelings, sorting worries and answering upsetting thoughts, work best when they are practised. These short games turn a few of those skills into simple steps you can try on your phone at any time.
Are they private?
Yes. The games run in your browser. What you type stays on your own device and is not sent to us.
Are they a treatment?
No. They are self-help tools, made for patients and anyone else who finds them useful. They can help you understand what you feel, but they cannot replace an assessment. If a feeling or worry keeps coming back, or affects your sleep, work or relationships, please talk to a professional.
All the games are also in Nepali: खेलहरू.
Which game should I start with?
If a feeling is very strong right now, start with Calm the lake. If your mind is full of many worries, try Circles of Control. If you cannot tell what you feel, use the Feelings wheel.
